Rob Lazerow: Rob is a practice manager with the Health Care Advisory Board and leads the firm’s research on accountable payment strategy. His areas of expertise include:

The author of 12 research publications, Rob also directs the Medicare Payment Innovation Project. He has presented more than 50 webconferences, including analysis of the Supreme Court ruling on the ACA, the 2012 general election, and the release of the Medicare Shared Savings Program final rule. He also recently led the Advisory Board's inaugural National Population Health Symposium.
Rob dedicates a substantial portion of his time to working directly with leading hospital members, educating leadership teams and boards about major market developments and the implications for provider strategy. He has presented at more than 100 hospitals to date, and has also spoken at numerous industry conferences, including the HIMSS annual conference and the National Bundled Payment Summit. Robin Brand: Robin is a senior consultant with the Financial Leadership Council. During her six years with the Advisory Board, Robin has spent much of her time focused on service line strategy and finance, authoring multiple studies and white papers focused on revenue capture, pricing, patient consumerism, and referral capture. Currently, she oversees research examining revenue cycle and margin management, as well as financial performance under risk.
Andrew Zech: Andrew has been with the Advisory Board since 2008, and now serves as a senior director. He specializes in cross-continuum financial analysis and contract management technology for both fee-for-service and risk-based models. He currently leads sales and marketing for the Payment Integrity Compass suite of products and services.
